September 26, 2007: Opening Reception for "What's Going On? Newark and the Legacy of the Sixties" Exhibition
5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Please join us on Wednesday, September 26 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM for the opening reception of our newest exhibition, "What's Going On? Newark and the Legacy of the Sixties". Using Newark as a key example, "What's Going On?" explores the social forces that led to the outbreak of urban unrest in 1967. The exhibition tells the diverse stories of how and why Newark, and the nation, changed in the 1960s and the struggle for renewal and rebirth since that time.

Admission is free. Reservations are required. Please call 973-596-8500 ext 224 to save a space.
