Contains minutes of the board of directors' and stockholders' meetings, annual reports, and financial statements of a company organized by the heirs of Dr. Samuel Fowler (1779-1844). The Franklin Mineral Company operated with offices in East Orange and Newark until it was dissolved in 1933, when the donor served as its president.
