217.  EAST JERSEY QUITRENTS

           Account Books, 1685, 1696. 2 vols.

        Three lists in two volumes recording names and quitrents due. The  third list was received in London by George Willocks, who was given authority in 1696 to collect the quitrents due to the East Jersey Proprietors.  Abstracted in NJHS <1Proceedings,>1 n. s., 1 5  (1930): 231-48, 372-87; corrected in 67 (1949): 305-307.
