         Notes taken by an unidentified Rutgers College student on the

      chemistry and geology lectures of Prof. George Hammell Cook,

      later to serve as State Geologist of NewJersey. The Rutgers student

      embelllshed hls notes wlth numerous pencll drawlngs.

         Gift of Mrs. Sigourney Thayer, 1967.
