Summary:

Daybook kept by James Parker (1776-1868) of Perth Amboy, New Jersey from January 14 to October 18, 1867, and by his son, Cortlandt Parker (1818-1907), for the estate of James Parker from 1868 to 1873.  The volume includes data concerning William A. Whitehead (1810-1884) and letters exchanged between Cortlandt Parker and his niece, Penelope B. Parker, in 1877.
