Summary:

Business records of a a Whippany, Morris County, New Jersey merchant who sold agricultural goods such as hay, potatoes, oats and specialized in cattle, leather and horsehides.  Much of the business was transacted with members of the Kitchel, Tuttle, Vail, Condit and Canfield families.   The ledger contains an index to accounts.
